Will Manny veto a trade?
So Manny says he's tired of the Sox, that they don't deserve him, and that he'll approve a trade if the Sox think they're better off without him. But maybe in Manny-being-Manny world, he doesn't really think they'll trade him. Maybe he's just having fun, talking trash and making sure he can hit the free agency market this off-season.
So what do you think - will veto a trade?

Man
I live in Argentina now. If he blocks this trade, after everything is settled, I’ll buy tickets to boston only to go to Fenway to boo him.
It's the same old story. Boy finds girl, boy loses girl, girl finds boy, boy forgets girl, boy remembers girl, girls dies in a tragic blimp accident over the Orange Bowl on New Year's Day.

it looks like we’re finally losing manny this time. It doesnt make much sense…jason bay is pretty good but hes no longterm prospect.. im hearing that the deal is pretty much done and that the sox arent getting prospects at all really. Kind of depressing..why trade manny for 30 somthing veterans??

Marlins Rumor
Thats why I like the rumor about us getting Hermida and Stanton. Gives us decent short term and long term. Although the rumor also says we could switch Hermida for Willingham. I would be exstatic to get Willingham and Stanton. I don’t think it will happen though. Too good of a deal.

Why Willingham over the Hermida?
I look at Willingham and think “Aubrey Huff.”
Manny ain't the only bad man.

Willingham
He came up playing SS/C in college. The Marlins moved him to play C/3B, but later made the move to LF. If we added him, maybe he can move around like Youk.
