He seems to want to establish a hard-and-fast system with Oki + Paps, but with everybody else its up in the air. IMO. And sometimes he sticks with people too long just because he thinks its the way to do it (see Oki in game 3 against OAK).

He might have also had the one that dropped between Manny and Ellsbury. That was the CF's ball, and Tacoby got a late break.
Unless Ellsbury hits close to .300, the Sox will miss Coco.

Well
I don't know if I'd go that far. Coco v.2006 would've dropped it. I think as the season progresses, Ellsbury will improve defensively, getting close enough to Coco defensively that even a .280 average will be a net gain over our 2007 CF situation.
Manny ain't the only bad man.

I'm probably sounding like a broken record about this at this point, but Jacoby impressed as much if not more with his defense in the minors as he did with his speed, makeup, etc. He's going to work through these problems and be a great defensive outfielder.
