I am watching the Miami and Georgia Tech football game and the HOT Erin Andrews interviews Mark Teixeira about his status on Free Agency. Not much was said just that he hopes to have a place by Christmas morning. After the interview, the camera scans the people he was standing with and Tex is standing with....Mr. Jason "Captain" Varitek himself....could it be that Tek is doing a little recruiting for Theo or am I just hoping a little bit?

Both Tex and Tek are both GTU alumni. Hope that both are discussing their potential contracts with the Sox.

GT I knew about...what I didnt know...
Teixeira was originally chosen in the ninth round of the 1998 MLB Draft by the Boston Red Sox, straight out of high school. Teixeira chose not to sign with the Red Sox however, opting instead to play college baseball for Georgia Tech

Boras demands that both Tek and Tex get bundled together. If the Red Sox refuse to sign Tek, they’re out of the running for Tex. Nasty, evil, possibly illegal, and vintage Boras.

I was joking.
Most times a bundle is meant to “save” the consumer money, but actually is just the item wanted + a useless item thrown in to increase price.
