Game Story: 8.12.07 Sox Lose. This needs no embellishment.

Am I making a statement of my own? Sarcasmistic?

Either way, no real recap out of me today.

[editor's note, by Allen Chace] By the way, for those visitors (especially from PA) who may (probably do) not know me, I'm being absolutely sarcasmistic.

OMG!  I just got in to work and read up on the 2nd time in 3 days that Gag-knee has f--ked up.  sorry for the harsh semi-words, but how else does one express it.  Here's the deal, we got 6 at home, we need to win 5, then 6 on the road, we need to take 4 before we take on the MFY.  This is more then possible...

Sox went 2-12 with men in scoring position.  That's the story of the game, indeed, the story of this season.

Regardless of Gagne's implosion, we should have been 4-6 runs ahead, not 2.

Re: Sick to my stomach.
Such negativity!  You must be a troll!

Seriously, this team is going nowhere, and Francona's management calls are sinking the ship faster than it needs to go down, IMO.  The team needed and still needs more reliable outfield hitters/throwers and not a supposed reliever that behaves more like a Mata Hari for the MFY!

Call me overly worried if you want, but I have seen this many times before, and this team is on schedule to slide off the page!

Re: Sick to my stomach.
You are really, really boring.
Bottom 9th B:1 S:0 O:0 With Bill Mueller batting, Dave Roberts steals (1) 2nd base.
