PrintThe Red Sox report that outfielder Trot Nixon has a grade two bicep sprain and he is expected to go on the disabled list.

Also, Coco Crisp, Mark Loretta, Mike Lowell and Wily Mo Pena are in tonight's lineup, according to WEEI. That doesn't mean much, but it's a good sign if you want to keep these guys.

ok, so now it's basically august, and wily mo has had some time to work with papa jack and get to know fenway's outfield. it will be very, very interesting to see how he does now that trot will miss some time.

Don't forget that it was a BROKEN BAT hit that would have gone out of almost any other park in the country.
I don't see how Trot managed to injure his bicep on that swing though. :(
