MLB Gameday techincal question

Is there a trick to getting Gameday in a full browser window?

Star-divide

Like many people, I enjoy keeping up on games while at my computer via MLB's Gameday functionality.  However, it vexes me to have it run in a popup window as it does.  I use Mozilla Firefox, and I would dearly love to have the ability to send the Flash app to a tabbed browser pane, to sit next to my browsing and not complicate my inter-app alt-tabbing.  However, I don't know how to do this or even if it can be done to a Flash-based app such as Gameday.  Is there a Flash/Mozzila guru handy that can help?

Hmmm.
I used to be able to do it by looking at the source code, figuring out the filename of the Windows Media source, opening that file in the Windows Media Player, and then choosing full screen.

But I can't seem to do that anymore. Either they've switched to Flash video (though the player looks like Windows Media still) or have hidden the URL better than they used to.
