Cla Meredith Promoted to AAA

PrintI just read that the Sox promoted Portland closer Cla Meredith to AAA. The kid has been nasty this year, Meredith had not allowed a run in 15 innings of work, yielding a total of five hits and yielding only one runner past second base. He converted all nine of his save opportunities and is now 27-for-27 in his career in save chances.
Is this kid the Sox closer of the future, a possible September callup, or trade bait for the 2005 playoff run?

Either way, I don't want the guy traded. You can -never- have too many bullpen arms.

Could we possibly see another promotion later in the year if he continues to dominate? I believe so. Especially if Foulke continues to struggle. I'm not saying Cla would be our closer, but he could definitely be a good middle man this year.
